रामरक्षा हिंदी प्रवचन - १ । रामनाम के सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्तोत्रमंत्र की महिमा
विष्णुसहस्रनामों मे से २५० नामों पर, साढ़े-सात वर्षों से भी अधिक समय से गहराई से एवं सारगर्भित प्रवचन करने के बाद, १४ अक्तूबर २००४ को सद्गुरु अनिरुद्ध बापू ने एक और पवित्र आध्यात्मिक प्रवास की शुरुआत की। इस दिन से बापू ने दिव्य ऐसे 'श्रीरामरक्षा' स्तोत्रमंत्र पर प्रवचन शुरू किये। इन प्रवचनों से सद्गुरु बापू ने, श्रीरामनाम की महिमा और इस नाम का अतुलनीय सादापन स्पष्ट किया। सभी नामों में ‘रामरक्षा’ यह रामनाम का सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्तोत्रमंत्र है, यह बापूजी ने प्रतिपादित किया।
आगे सद्गुरु बापू ने, श्रीरामरक्षा यह केवल एक ‘स्तोत्र’ या ‘मंत्र’ ना होकर ‘स्तोत्र-मंत्र’ कैसा है, यह स्पष्ट किया और स्तोत्र, मंत्र और स्तोत्र-मंत्र इनके बीच के सूक्ष्म, लेकिन महत्त्वपूर्ण फ़र्क़ समझाकर बताये। श्रीरामरक्षा के जन्म के बारे में बात करते समय, सद्गुरु बापू ने प्रथम ‘बुधकौशिक’ इस नाम का अर्थ बताया। बुधकौशिक ऋषि ही इस दिव्य रामरक्षा के विरचयिता हैं। आगे, श्रीरामरक्षा बुधकौशिक ऋषि को कैसे स्फुरित हुई यह विशद करते हुए बापुजी ने, शिवजी ने की हुई श्रीराम की तपस्या, बुधकौशिक ऋषि ने की हुई शिवजी की तपस्या, शिवजी तथा बुधकौशिक ऋषि के बीच हुआ संवाद, श्रीराम एवं बुधकौशिक ऋषि के बीच हुआ संवाद, साथ ही, माता सरस्वती तथा बुधकौशिक ऋषि के बीच का संवाद, ऐसीं इस दिव्य घटना से संबंधित कथाएँ बतायीं।
ये कथाएँ भक्तों के मन में, रामरक्षा के बारे में एक पवित्र एवं प्रेमपूर्ण ऐसा भावनिक तथा आध्यात्मिक नाता निर्माण करतीं हैं। इस प्रवचन के अन्त में, सद्गुरु अनिरुद्ध बापू ने एक सुंदर सनातन सत्य उद्घोषित किया — ‘इस विश्व के सभी जीव एक-दूसरे से जुड़े हुए हैं’ और इस महान संकल्पना में रामरक्षा क्या भूमिका निभाती है, वह भी स्पष्ट किया।
