(Dattakaivalyayag at Aniruddha Bapu's residence 1)

The 3 day Dattayaag began yesterday (9th July 2012) at Bapu's (Aniruddhasinh) home. The special feature of this 'yaag' is that, accompanied by the recitation of the 'Airani Mantra' pieces of wood are rubbed against each other and fire is set alight without the use of any other substance or means (without any ignitable means or any substance at all apart from wood). This yaag culminates with a Poornahuti on the third day. At Bapu's (Aniruddhasinh) home here in Mumbai, this kind of a 3 day yaag happens twice every year. A one day Datta yaag happens at His house in Gangapur as well...
We are all well aware of Bapu's (Aniruddhasinh) love, dedication and commitment to the Shreeguru i.e. to Shree Dattatreya. Bapu's (Aniruddhasinh) clinic at Parel had the name 'Datta Clinic'. His clinic at Dadar bore the same name and it is 'Datta Clinic' even now at Happy Home. It is indeed a well known fact that Bapu (Aniruddhasinh) regularly visited the Shree Dattatreya temple at Parel. Besides, we have all seen and bowed before the idol of Shree Dattatreya installed at Happy Home.
In the epilogue of the 'Matruvatsalyavindanam', a work that He himself authored, Bapu (Aniruddhasinh) says, "the life of Aniruddha, every day in His life, every moment in each of the days and every single breath that He takes in are all given, committed in total love and surrender to the Will and Wish of Shree Gurudattatreya; and each of His breath out is a 'hunkaar' – the exhalation in concurrence with the Will and Wish of the Aadimata Chandika and so it is but naturally a server of Hanumanta. Sainath too said the following words to one of His ardent bhaktas:
"If you decide to skip the darshan of the most revered and adorable deity like Datta who stands waiting for you, that too right on your path, you are truly unfortunate. Moreover in such a situation, how do you expect that I grace you?"
