June 2024

From the Editor's Desk

Hari Om Friend,

The eagerly awaited monsoon has arrived, and the weather is turning even more pleasant with more rains and more chanting of Hanuman Chalisa.

In May, the collective recitation of Hanuman Chalisa took place at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram. Further, in June, the auspicious month of Shree Gurucharanmaas commenced. Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu has, time and again, asserted the significance of chanting Hanuman Chalisa 108 times in one day (within 24 hours) at least once this month.

In June, Aniruddha’s Academy of Disaster Management (AADM) also started a Ham Training course. The AADM has also received accolades for participating in the devotional seva of Blood Donation

June also had the Mokhada Medical and Healthcare Camp. Underprivileged villagers and school students were provided free medical checkups, food, spectacles, etc.

In his discourse on 16th June 2011, Sadguru Aniruddha narrated the story of Shree Gurucharanmaas. The period from Jyeshtha Purnima or Vat Purnima to Aashad Purnima or Gurupournima is called Shree Gurucharanmaas. Then, he also asserted that every year, Shraddhavan devotees recite Shree Hanuman Chalisa at least 108 times during one entire day and pray to Shree Hanumant for protection.

This year, Shree Gurucharanmaas started from Vat Pournima on 22nd June until Gurupournima on 21st July 2024. Listen to what Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu has said about Hanuman Chalisa and its function in the following clip:

Here, the doctors segregate the patients in the OPD, and then the patients are directed to the concerned departments. The patient who arrives for the eye checkup is attended to by a trained optometrist, who leads the patient to free spectacle distribution after the appropriate diagnosis.

The Mokhada Medical Camp was held on 9th June 2024. In this camp, 907 villagers underwent medical checkups. 446 spectacles were distributed , and 13 cases of cataracts were detected. The camp comprised a team of 26 doctors, 26 nurses, 24 optometrists and 130 other volunteers for assistance.

Also, free food was distributed to the underprivileged villagers and school students at the Mokhada Medical and Healthcare Camp 2024 under the devotional initiative of Annapurna Mahaprasadam Yojana
