From the Editor's Desk

Hari Om Friend,

The sacred month of July 2025 overflowed with divine opportunities for Shraddhavans to immerse themselves in the blissful ocean of Aniruddha Devotion Sentience. The Sanstha celebrated Ashadhi Ekadashi and the Gurupurnima Utsav, while the holy month of Shravan commenced, ushering in a series of spiritually elevating events.

Ashadhi Ekadashi Celebration

Ashadhi Ekadashi is a day of deep spiritual significance, commemorating the unwavering devotion of the Varkaris to Bhagwan Vitthal. On this sacred day, Shraddhavans reverently visited Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram, offering Tulsi leaves and Trivikram Jal to Shree Trivikram Linga with devotion and love, seeking His boundless grace.

Over 2,092 DMVs rendered selfless Crowd Management Seva at 11 locations across Maharashtra, including five prominent sites in Pandharpur, with deep bhakti and commitment ensuring the safety and comfort of devotees.

Gurupurnima Utsav

Gurupurnima, a festival that holds utmost spiritual significance, offers Shraddhavans the opportunity to immerse themselves in the divine flow of Bhaktibhav Chaitanya. Gurupurnima is a golden opportunity for Shraddhavans as the Sadguru Tattva (The principle that is the Sadguru) bestows his love and grace in abundance. This year, the Utsav was joyously celebrated on 12th July 2025. During the event, Shraddhavans participated in the Trivikram Poojan and Mahapoojan . The Shraddhavans took the rare darshan of Shree Krupachaitanya Padukas to their heart’s content treasuring every moment in their innermost being.

Shree Mahadurgeshwar Poojan at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram

The sacred Shree Mahadurgeshwar Poojan is performed at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram with deep devotion and reverence on the auspicious day of Shivaratri every month. This month, on 23rd July 2025 , the day of Shivaratri, Shraddhavans offered Bel leaves to Shree Mahadurgeshwar while chanting the mantra: "Om Namo Bhagavate Shree Mahadurgeshwaraya Namah” filling the atmosphere with divine vibrations.

Ghorkashtoddharan Stotra Pathan

The Ghorkashtodharan Stotra, written by Shree Vasudevanand Saraswati, is dedicated to Shreeguru Dattatreya. Through the Stotra, one surrenders to Bhagwan Dattatreya, invoking his grace to relieve them from their arduous miseries. Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu has lovingly explained the immense significance of chanting this Stotra 108 times at least once during the auspicious Shravan Month, asserting that benefits derived from collective recitation are multifold.

Like every year, the Ghorkashtodharan Stotra Pathan (recitation) 108 times has been organised during the entire Shravan Month (25th July 2025 to 23rd August 2025).

Shree Ashwattha Maruti Poojan

Initiated by Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu in 1997, the Ashwattha Maruti Poojan features a unique idol of Shree Hanumant, carved by Bapu Himself from a single stone. This unique idol is the centrepiece of the celebration at Shree Kshetra Gurukul, Juinagar. As part of the Poojan, Shraddhavans also performed Shree Panchakumbhabhishek with great devotion to receive  the  blessings of Shree Hanumanta.

Bhagwan Hanuman guides every devotee on their journey of Bhakti Marg. Therefore, 'Shree Ashwattha Maruti Poojan' is a golden opportunity for Shraddhavans to intensify their faith towards Shree Hanuman in the holy month of Shravan.

This year, the first poojan was held on Saturday, 26th July 2025.

Aniruddha’s Universal Bank of Ramnaam – Arpan Patrika Poojan

While speaking on the significance of  ‘Aniruddha’s Universal Bank of Ramnaam’, Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu has said:

“This bank is a highway of chanting the Divine Name (Nama), which leads a simple Shraddhavan on the path of a blissful life and provides strong support.”

With the heartfelt intention that everyone should benefit from writing the sacred 'Nama', Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu made the ‘Ramnaam Book’ and the ‘Anjanamata Book’ available to all Shraddhavans. These books are beautiful, simple, and effective means that provide the devotees an opportunity to chant, recollect and connect with the sacred name of God.

The Arpan Patrika Poojan of the sacred Ramnaam books, written and submitted by Shraddhavans, was performed in a deeply devotional atmosphere on Monday, 21st July 2025.

Editorials about Ganesh-Bhakti from Sadguru Shree Aniruddha’s perspective

Whenever we begin any auspicious activity or task, we recall, we worship and pray to Bhagwan Shree Ganesh, the destroyer of impediments, so that everything proceeds smoothly and without any hindrance. Even as children, when we first learn to write letters, we are taught to begin with ‘Shree Ganeshaya Namah’. No matter which deity a temple is dedicated to, Shree Ganesh is always seated at the entrance to the sanctum in every temple. 'Mangalmurti Shree Ganapati' truly stands at the forefront of every auspicious beginning and is dearly loved by everyone across India, right from young children to elders.

The Executive Editor of the Daily Pratyaksha, Dr. Aniruddha Dhairyadhar Joshi (Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu), through several editorials, has shared his thoughts about beloved Ganapati that have emerged from his deep study and contemplation. These editorials are not limited to merely providing information — they answer questions that arise in the minds of devotees, enrich the meaning of Bhakti, and offer an in-depth understanding of the various forms of Ganapati.
