श्रीमातृवात्सल्यविंदानम्‌ मध्ये दिल्याप्रमाणे ह्या ग्रंथाच्या पारायाण करण्याच्या तीन पध्दती आहेत. त्यातील पध्दतीप्रमाणे चैत्र व अश्‍विन नवरात्रामध्ये प्रतिपदेच्या दिवशी ग्रंथपठणास आरंभ करून नवमीच्या रात्री बारा वाजेपर्यंत ग्रंथ वाचून पूर्ण करावयाचा आहे. तसेच ह्या ग्रंथाचे उद्यापन दशमीच्या दिवशी, म्हणजे दसर्‍याच्या दिवशी करावयाचे आहे.
ह्या वर्षी दि. १६ ऑक्टोबर २०१२ रोजी सुरु होणार्‍या आश्‍विन नवरात्रीमध्ये नवमी आठव्या दिवशी येत असली तरी, प्रतिपदेच्या दिवशी ग्रंथपठणास आरंभ करून आठव्या दिवशी नवमीच्याच रात्री, म्हणजे दि. २३ ऑक्टोबर २०१२ रोजी रात्री बारा वाजेपर्यंत ग्रंथ वाचून पूर्ण करावयाचा आहे व उद्यापन दसर्‍याच्या दिवशी म्हणजे २४ ऑक्टोबर २०१२ रोजी करावयाचे आहे.
English Note:
As stated in the Shree Matruvatsalyavindanam, there are three ways of doing the “Paaraayan” of this holy granth. As per the first method, during the Chaitra or Ashwin Navratra, one can start reading the granth on the first day (Pratipada) and complete it on the night of the 9th day by 12 midnight. Accordingly the Udyaapan of the granth would be on the 10thday (Dashami) i.e on the day of Dassera.
This year the Ashwin Navratra is starting on 16thOctober 2012 and since the Navami is falling on the 8th day, one has to start reading the granth on the first day and complete it on the 8thday itself i.e 23rd October 2012 by 12 midnight. Accordingly the Udyaapan would be on the day of Dassera i.e 24th October 2012.
