ABOUT THE BLOOD DONATION CAMP

-  Every year, the nation requires about 5 crore (50 million) units of blood which translates into demand for blood every 2 seconds. 

-  The activity which was initiated by Dr. Aniruddha D. Joshi (Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu), in the year 1999, has gradually gained momentum and spread widely across areas of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka and Goa.

-  During the year 2019 a total of 109 camps were successfully conducted across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karanataka and Goa in which a total of 15,937 units of blood were collected.
