February 2026

From the Editor's Desk

Hari Om Friend,

In February, Shraddhavans embraced the blessed opportunity to immerse themselves in Bhaktibhav Chaitanya, as the sacred period of Nandi Paksha unfolded, encompassing the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri.

Alongside these divine observances, Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation, together with its sister organisations, also organised the Kolhapur Medical & Healthcare Camp—extending compassionate service and care to the community.

Nandi Paksha & Mahashivratri 2026

Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu has often highlighted the unique spiritual significance of Thursdays in Nandi Paksha—a sacred phase that deepens one’s connection with Bhagwan Shiva and draws abundant divine grace. This final Thursday, therefore, becomes not just a day of observance, but a profoundly enriching and elevating spiritual experience for all.

Mahadurgeshwar Poojan on Mahashivratri

The year 2026 witnessed a deeply devotional atmosphere at Shree Ahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFdR496sl_gniruddha Gurukshetram, as the sacred Pujan of Shree Mahadurgeshwar was performed with profound reverence and discipline. Shraddhavans gathered with folded hands and steadfast faith, offering Bilvapatra and heartfelt prayers, and experiencing a moment of spiritual strength and inner upliftment.

During Mahashivratri 2026, Shraddhavans approached with reverence, one by one, to offer Sugandhit Jal upon the sacred Shree Trivikram Linga at Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram.

In that serene atmosphere, devotion was not merely expressed—it was experienced inwardly and collectively.

Sundarkand Paath at Atulitabaldham, Ratnagiri

On Sunday, February 8, 2026, a Sundarkand Paath (recitation) was conducted at Atulitbaladham, Ratnagiri. Shraddhavans from various places participated with deep devotion .

It is believed that the recitation of the Sundarkand, along with the worship of Shree Hanuman, fosters inner stability and grants the strength to overcome life’s challenges.

Shree Siddha Valukeshwar Poojan at Shree Harigurugram

On the last Thursday of Nandi Paksha (26th February 2026), Shraddhavans gather in large numbers at Shree Harigurugram, New English School, Bandra (East), Mumbai, for sacred upasana, darshan and offering Bel leaves. The poojan of the Shree Siddhavalukeshvar Linga and collective chanting of the Shivapanchakshari stotra make this concluding Thursday deeply special. Moreover, the highlight of the day was Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu’s Pitruvachan where he spoke on the subject of which Bilvapatra is most loved by Bhagwan Shivashankar.

Kolhapur Medical & Healthcare Camp 2026

At the Kolhapur Medical & Healthcare Camp, led by the compassionate vision of Dr. Aniruddha D. Joshi (Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu), doctors and paramedics volunteer in large numbers to provide essential care to the community.  This year, more than 11,800 beneficiaries, including over 7,600 underprivileged villagers and 4,200 school children received free medical checkups and treatment across the 10-acre camp. Beyond diagnosis, many patients also received vital medication and ongoing care, helping improve their quality of life. This incredible initiative has not only transformed rural health but also significantly raised awareness about the importance of personal health and hygiene in the community. Additionally, over 9,900 families availed the benefits of health-related material distribution during this camp.

Mokhada Medical & Healthcare Camp in Feb-2026

As part of this noble initiative, regular free medical and healthcare camps have been conducted since 2023. The recent camp, held on 22nd February 2026 at Khodala in Mokhada tehsil, marked the 15th such effort in this ongoing seva.

During the camp, 1,520 villagers—including 326 schoolchildren—received free medical care. A wide range of services, including ECG tests, blood sugar and haemoglobin check-ups, eye examinations, X-rays, specialist consultations, medicines, and spectacles, were provided entirely free of cost.

Through the selfless efforts of dedicated doctors, nurses, technicians, and over 100 Shraddhavan volunteers, the camp became a true expression of compassion in action—bringing relief, care, and hope to those in need.
