Ghorkashtodharan Stotra Pathan

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

Sadguru Shree Aniruddha emphasises that the collective recital of the Ghorkashtodharan Stotra 108 times during the month of Shravan proves beneficial for each Shraddhavan. Accordingly, collective recital of the stotra was organised at Sai Niwas Annexe, Bandra West. For the entire month Shraddhavans wholeheartedly participated in it in large numbers.

Mahadurgeshwar Prapatti

In 2010, during his Ramrajya speech, Sadguru Shree Aniruddha talked about observing Prapatti. He said, "The word 'Prapatti' simply means 'surrender such that averts adversity or misfortune.' Sharnagati means surrendering yourself to Aadimata Chandika and Her son, the Trivikram. He had also said that the Prapatti makes every man and woman valiant soldiers in their worldly and spiritual life.”. Shradhavan Gents come together on all Mondays in month of shravan and perform Mahadurgeshwar Prapatti in a group.

Ashwattha Maruti Poojan

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

This month, the Shraddhavans also got an opportunity to participate in the Ashwattha Maruti Poojan.

Sadguru Shree Aniruddha has said this numerous times that the journey of every person on Bhaktimarga (path of devotion), each step of his on this path is put forth only as per the guidance of Shree Hanumanta.

He, himself holds every Shraddhavan by the finger and walks him or her through the Bhaktimarg – hence, the worship of Lord Hanumanta is essential.

Ashwattha is none other than the Peepal (Sacred Fig) Tree and holds high significance in the Indian scriptures.

'Roots in the upward direction and branches in the downward direction' is how the Ashwattha tree, symbolising worldly life, represents Parmatma’s relationship with the world.

Shree Shivsahaparivar Poojan

On Thursday, 20th June 2019, Sadguru Shree Aniruddha elucidated the significance of Shravan month to all the Shraddhavans. He also introduced Bhagwan Shiv’s Parivar (family) and explained the importance of Shree Shivsahaparivar Poojan. At the time, Bapu said, the month of Shravan is the month of Shravan Bhakti (listening to the glories of the divine) and bhakti of Bhagwan Shiva.

When we envision Bhagwan Shiva’s family, we picture Bhagwan Shiva, Mata Parvati, and their two sons, Ganesha and Kartikeya.

But, what we are not aware of are the two daughters Bhagwan Shiva and Mata Parvati, Balavishokasundari and Jyotirmayee. Sadguru Shree Aniruddha had also mentioned about Shree Shiva Parivar in 30th June’s Kathamanjiri- 11.

More than 4 lakh people across the districts of Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Pune and Solapur were affected by an unprecedented deluge. 769 villages in the 69 talukas spread across these five districts were severely hit. The Indian Army, Navy and NDRF together with local administration undertook rescue work in the districts. Along with these agencies, the ‘Aniruddha’s Academy of Disaster Management’ (AADM) played a valuable role in the rescue and relief seva.

The Disaster Management Volunteers rescued many people stuck in flood in some areas by using rafts. The DMVs also performed the crucial work of ‘crowd control’ with the help of the police and the local authorities. They also helped numerous families in moving their household items. The DMVs even safely evacuated the police personnel as the Sangli jail got inundated.

The Ham Radio (Amateur Radio) helped the DMVs immensely as they carried out the rescue and relief work. During the time when there was no mobile connectivity, and the power supply was out, it was the Ham Radio that the licensed DMVs used to coordinate within themselves as they went about the relief work.

The ‘Aniruddha’s Academy of Disaster Management’ provided the needy with clean water, food, clothes and grains. The DMVs in Karad and the adjoining areas also participated in the relief work. On receiving the information of 500 truckers being stuck on the National Highway 4 for two days, it was within just an hour that the ‘DMVs’ of the ‘Aniruddha’s Academy of Disaster Management’ made arrangements for their meals.

Later, under the 'Juna Tey Soney' Project, many Shraddhavans have come forward to lend a helping hand. The 'Juna Tey Soney' Project was introduced and initiated by Sadguru Shree Aniruddha as a part of his 13-Point-Programme. The Shraddhavans donated clothes and other household accessories to support the people affected by these floods. So far, about 17,000+ clothes, including t-shirts, trousers, blankets and baby clothes and 7000+ packets of other household accessories, which include grains, pulses, wheat flour, tea powder, toothpaste, etc. have been provided by Upasana Centres from Mumbai. The Upasana Centres across Maharashtra have provided 3000+ clothes.
